I have a few durags to protect my braids at night and during travels however, they’re starting to get old. I saw these and wanted to give them a try. This durag is very comfortable to wear and protects my hair just like I’d expect. The size is larger than what I’ve had before, which is awesome because I’m not having to stretch the material as much to fit. It does slide a little bit at night however, it feels sturdy enough to replace my other durags. In addition to these being larger, it’s very stretchy in case you have a larger head and/or thicker and longer braids. I can also see these working well if you have a low cut with 360 waves. This Durag head covering is nicely made - I can't fault that - good material - stretchy. It is think and fits nicely - but it's just not my style. The tail is FAR too long and extends halfway down your back. I wear these under a motorcycle helmet and it just won't work for that - the tail would be flapping wildly in the wind behind you. if you are looking to ( sheesh ) look "cool" walking around town then I guess this is the one for you - but as far as practicality - nope - just doesn't cut it. This is exactly what I was looking for - it’s soft, thicker than your store bought ones, and stretchy without being uncomfortable, and the bands are thick so they lay flat without digging or leaving marks on the forehead.
