We've never had a bidet before, but after this we'll never again be without one in our home! Especially for the price, this one would be hard to beat. Took 15 minutes to install and works very well. We love the simple design: no knobs on top to have to clean around! Just turn the front of the simple, smooth control on the front one way or the other as needed and it works! My only small complaints are these: We wish they could make a toilet accessory in a better color match for the usual slightly off-white of most toilets. The white would work fine with colored toilets, but when they almost match white but not quite, it's a visual annoyance. The other one is the look of the mounting hardware that sticks out between the back of the seat and the tank. They could have done better on that. But again, for the price and how well it works, we're happy! Highly recommended. BTW, we bought two, both from Amazon, and they have different brand names (on the box, not the device itself) but are identical. One says CENDRON; the other is PHANCIR. Chinese manufacturers are so creative with their brand names! No mention of either one on the device itself. Oh, one other thing, they come packages with teflon tape to use on the fitting threads. These fittings use seal washers and do not need teflon tape on the threads. Just tighten the well-made fittings snug -- not too tight, and you're good to go. No leaks anywhere. Read more

This is my first bidet with the double nozzle and it is a bit more work cleaning it. The sleek design of the on/off handle makes cleaning easier on that part. I’ve had no problems with leaking.
