I wanted a simple to use bidet with controls easy to understand for my mother, the push buttons make everything clear. frankly everyone should have one of these, whether you get this brand or another one. installation was pretty straight forward, you just put the "T" where the float is connected on the bottom outside of the tank. This bidet works fine but it's a "get what you pay for" type of item. After a couple uses, there doesn't seem to be a discernable difference between the front and rear settings, and the water stream seems to have a bit of a spray to it, hitting more than the intended target. I won't remove it to send it back, but if you're looking for more luxury, spring for a more expensive model. I was stuck with buying one that did not need any electric or access to hot water due to my bathroom setup. Read more

Pro: it is thin, it has a nice knob to adjust the strength of the water flow. The options for front and back are useful. Cons: The t-adapter supplied with the item is defective. Don't ask me how, I just know it is. I have done my fair share of plumbing over the years, and I know how to hook up hoses, I just competed a bidet for my brother a few months ago. For some reason the lower fitting on this adapter will not sit correctly. I tried for an hour and a half. Still leaky, no matter what I did. At one point I even thought it was myself, but the minute I took their T-adapter off and hooked my hose back up, done, no leaks, absolutely perfect fit. thats when I know it was not me. Lastly, I tried to find how I could contact the seller to ask about the T-Adapter, maybe I received a bad one, but there is absolutely no way to contact anyone, and therefore, bc the product is not good, AND there was no-one to talk to, I have no choice but to give it a 1-star. This does exactly what you expect, without any fancy add ons. Installation was simple, although I was installing the entire toilet and seat at the time which may have made it a little easier. The buttons are labeled front and back, but rather than aiming differently they have different spray patterns. Back is a stronger stream, front is a more diffuse spray; it's up to you to shimmy into position. Read more
