My wife works in a loud environment and ear plugs are required in certain sections. She was wanting something that fit better than the foam type earplugs that the company she works for provides. I ordered the HeyFir noise cancelling ear plugs because there were 4 different sizes and so she could find a set that would fit comfortably. The plugs come in a little storage box, which is great for throwing them in her work bag so she has them with her. They do come with an instruction manual and take a little bit of practice to get inserted properly for a good seal. These ear plugs are not noise cancelling - they are noise reducing. The term "Noise Cancelling" typically refers to an active electronic noise cancellation process that picks up incoming sounds, and transmits the equivalent sound 180° out of phase to "cancel" the incoming noise. With these HeyFir Ear Plugs, she can still hear everything around her, it is just at a lower volume. She says that they are very comfortable, that they fit & work well for her at work. If u have puny ears like mine get these I included a penny next to my ear for reference on how small my ears are. These things are awesome and when u lay on them they do not press against the pillow intensely like the other ones. They also have size and left or right indicators engraved on them so u never get confused on which ear they go to. Read more

The color is very pretty, and they do block some noise, but it won’t completely block it. The carry case it very compact, and easily fits in a purse. They are super comfortable and soft. Very small so they are hard to see. Not sure if they add any protection to ear. I gave 2 stars because they really don’t cancel noise. My EarPods block noise better. Read more
