These really helped me with my supination problem that has been plaguing me with hip issues and IT band pain while cycling and standing for extended periods. I have high, stiff arches, a 6mm leg length discrepancy and spend my workday on my feet most of the time. I use these in my work shoes and my cycling shoes and they have helped immensely. After using flat shoes for so long, they did require some getting used to but my ankles and legs feel much more stable and I don’t experience hot spots on the edges and balls of my feet anymore. If you’re looking for padding this definitely ain’t it. They do break in a tad and have nice firm support but I was hoping for a bit more cushion in my dress shoes. Serviceable otherwise but YMMV Read more

I bought this because I bought a "SOLE Performance Thin Plantar Fasciitis Insoles", same brand and it's not thin enough for my dress shoe. This "Ultra-Thin" is not thin either. I suppose it can be a good sole but it's not ULTRA THIN. It's quite expensive actually. Read more
I had been on the lookout for insoles for my dress shoes -- I use a standing desk at work and my feet would typically hurt if I stood in them for too long. I was looking for something very thin (my dress shoes don't have a ton of space to spare since the shoes' insoles aren't removable) but also provide some thorough arch support. These have fit the bill perfectly. Thin enough that they don't make my shoes fill cramped, enough support that I can stand for much longer periods with much less fatigue. Beyond the product a bit, their customer service is incredible. I had blundered the "heat for better fit" option and ruined my pair of 4 months. I sent an e-mail to customer service asking what they could do (they are truly great and so I wanted another pair), and I received a call from a representative within 20 minutes and they promptly sold me another pair at a very generous discount.
