Tricky…
Really like this. Did have to speak to the company customer service as I couldn’t figure out how to get it to work with my Alexa, and they were a great help, got it up and running perfectly! Read more
Good until a power outage
Really like the plugs and smart features through the app. Easy to connect, create schedules, and manually control the power. The main issue is that after power outages, it's fairly difficult to reconnect and usually requires a factory reset. I have several of these and others from this brand and it takes a good while to get these up and running again. The plastic is cheap like any other plug so the indicator light shines through it and creates a nightlight. The indicator light can be turned off as well which is plus for my kids room. Manual operations have a split second response but hardly noticeable. I recommend this product for anyone looking for consistent connection but patient enough during power outages. Read more

It’s crap
First off, the option to connect to Alexa doesn’t work. Won’t allow you to click on the option. Secondly, only one of the two will flash(which is how you connect them) so it’s virtually useless. Total waste of money. Read more

Connects and works, although not at the moment.
I put this on my garage ceing to voice-command some shop lights up there. It connected just as all of the other smart-home devices from various manufacturers. It worked great... until about a week later. Since then, I've turned the lights on by hitting the button with a hockey stick when needed, but the, "Smart," part is gone. (I realize I can likely re-sync it but it's winter now... the garage is cold... it's on the ceiling so the cars have to be out to get the ladder in place... I haven't tried yet based on principle.)
