Straps won't hold large bottles in well

The straps need to be able to be adjusted vertically or else the larger bottles tip over by themselves and one ended up breaking the plastic top. I thought I ordered the caddy that had adjustments able to be made on the sides. So my fault for not double-checking if this was that one. They look so similar, but I understand why. Oh well. Otherwise, its made pretty well and serves its purpose. Read more

Nice idea, but a few glaring issues that make it non-functional

This looks like a great option that I was hoping would work... Here are what I like: 1. Product is made of plastic so it is rustproof 2. Easy to install! The 2 hooks latch snug to the shower arm Here are the issues: 1. The rubber band support for each tray isn't great, and I think with time it will start giving more and there is a pretty sizeable gap between the bottom of the rubber band and the tray surface so things can fall through the opening if things are not level (more below). 2. The trays should have had been made with lip that goes from each tray up to the top of each rubber band support and it could be designed with slits / perforations to allow water drainage and airflow. This would eliminate the issue with the rubber band support not working too well. 3. This is the biggest problem is the "gel-lock" suction cups...Half of them were deformed and while I tested them they will stick to a flat surface like my counter, but when I put these on the shower wall, they do not hold. This causes a problem with the whole unit because if there is imbalance on the tray(s) the unit will shift one way or the other and then the products you put on the trays will slide, tip over, and then fall through the large space under the rubber band support. 4. Because of the above issues, you can't load these up and expect it to stay level. If you try to pump a soap/shampoo/conditioner dispenser things will shift and you will have your things fall out...If glass, could be a disaster... Sadly, I think this will have to be returned... We have a shell-shaped shower and could not find any kind of shelf that would work. This caddy is a rubber material and holds perfectly, even after months, to the shower head pipe. It holds regular sized shampoo, conditioner, Dr. Bronner's castile soap bottle, 2 razors, a face washer, body oil, loofah, foot scrubber, and a shampoo massager - with no issues at all! It also has drain holes so nothing funky is happening due to water being stagnant. Read more
