I love love love this shirt! It is made for a man, clearly since it is a man shirt! But ladies, if you are looking for a shirt like this to workout in, it will allow great airflow! As a female reviewing this, my point is strictly from my body style perspective! I have a larger chest and the shirt covers only the front. So your sports bra will show for sure.
