For reference, I am 5’6, 190 lbs, and wear a 34DDD. I normally wear a size large in sports bras, but after reading the reviews I decided to order an extra large and I am really glad I did. The fit is just right. It is not overly big at all, and I honestly do not know how the large would have fit. I work out every day and jump rope about 200 times per session, plus I do a lot of cardio and running. This sports bra keeps everything in place with no issues.
