I really enjoy these. They are very moisturizing and calm. The skin really nice. Really nice to decompress in the evening laying in bed. They can shift a little bit if you are a side sleeper so I recommend keeping them on before you go to bed for at least an hour. But if you can manage to keep them on overnight, they do shrivel as the moisture depletes out of them. I liked that they came with multiples. I felt like I got a decent amount for my price. I am halfway in this product and so far I have not seen a change with my under eye dark circles and puffiness. However, it is very good with hydration. The reason for the stars is because the product is easy to use and feels good. I first tried freezing the product to see if that helped better with the puffiness and dark circles due to the pads being colder. It was not a good idea. The liquid freezes and a lot would waste out of the packaging. I now am trying the product cold by keeping it in the fridge. I still see a lot of the liquid wasted, however. It can be messy and wasted when removing the pads out of the individual pack it is in. Keep in mind, It does take a couple of minutes for the pads to settle on your face. If you don't let it settle, the pads will slip and fall right off your face. I leave the pads on as long as possible. Most of the time, much past the recommended time until the pads are bone dry. I try to let all the liquid soak in my skin as much as possible. The pads feel very good under the eyes and are thick and moist with the liquid. Once you take the product off, you will see a difference in the thickness of the pad. The pad gets paper thin if you have it on for an extended period of time like I do. I do feel it definitely hydrates my skin. The value of the money is good. The quality could be better as for me, at least, it does not help for what it is intended.
