These are super comfortable and do not have any tightness to them whatsoever. I did get a size larger than I normally get but they fit so well that I just ordered them in my regular size to see how that fits and feels. I would say they are breathable with a cotton material in the center. The material is soft and rests completely and fully against your skin. There is not any irritation where the edges meet your legs as usually happens with traditional underwear. No indentation marks against the sides of your body. Hopefully the size smaller will fit as well or better because the only limiting factor for this size is there are only two color choice packages available. But if not I will return them and order this size instead. This will definitely replace my current stock of underwear. Read more
