Absolutely love these pens! The ink comes out super easily, smooth, doesn’t smudge or run, dries quickly, and is very opaque. It’s opaque to the point that it can cover my line work sometimes so I have to go back over it, but that means that it’s also amazing for covering up my mistakes. I appreciate that they’re very affordable, especially since I’ve been using my set I bought for a few years now and still have plenty of ink. Sometimes I do notice that if I do a lot of layers to really build it up, it can get a little flaky (depending on the medium). The one you’ve been looking for. If you’re here looking through the reviews, then I’m imagining you are looking for a really specific and very hard, difficult-to-find pen. This is the one. It’s blue, which makes it perfect for legal documents. It’s 1.0 mm, the widest available. It flows like you’re skating on smooth ice and yet totally in control. It’s like a generous amount of liquid that flows freely, and yet it doesn’t smudge or smear. Make absolutely sure you receive the MADE IN JAPAN models. If not, send ‘em back. If you listen to me, you’ll thank me, and that’ll make it a little bit easier to get into the heaven above. Thank you. PS: WHY BLUE? LEGAL DOCUMENTS? WHY? Pens are great they work great. They do tend to spit out quite a bit of ink when you’re writing and that’s kind of a constant thing so if you’re looking for more of a thin daintyer sort of pen this would not be it, but they’re still amazing Read more
