I like how the foundation works. I don't like the foundation's ingredients.

I ordered this in nutmeg. The color is a perfect match for my skin tone. The foundation blends easily, provides decent coverage and doesn't irritate or dry my skin. It doesn't stay put though, and transfers to clothing. When I ordered this, the ingredients weren't listed. The seond ingredient after water, cyclopentasiloxane AKA D5, is a silicone. Sure, it's not absorbed through the skin, as a volatile silicone it evaporates into the air and isn't a stable. The European Chemicals Agency classifies it as a PBT chemical in the environment, and it can also act as an endodrine disruptor. Though I like the effects of the foundation, I don't want that on my face. Read more
