positioning the things one SINGLE one on right front of the car and another single one on front left side of the car was troublesome. but not overly difficult. once installed they even that same day saved me from getting to close to curbs..wow. I notice many cars with nice wheels have gouges and scrapes on their wheels. some VERY deep..which can affect the wheel balance..so much material week by week getting grounded off! I did not bolt two together, and then install them as a set of two on each side of the car. I don't like that look and also I want to keep a set for back up incase these wear out or something. so far they work well enough as a single unit on each side of the car, and they are not so odd looking this way also. don't really like that whisker look LOL Read more

I bought two pairs of these to go on both drivers side And passenger side of my huge 1988 Lincoln to aid with driving, parking near curbs, and to look cool. Theyre simple to install, easy to adjust, and work as they should making the loud scraping noise to warn of curb checks before you actually hit the curb. They need to be tightened A LOT so they don't fall off, I suggest using Loctite to ensure they stay on. Its a simple clamp that goes onto the car so it is universal. Put them on my 1974 Cadillac Sedan Deville, they look nice, while I was putting them on one of the springs literally fell out, and they're just peened in with a little punch. I got it back in. The fasteners are garbage, and the way everything goes together feels like its going to fall apart. It should be $16 for four of them not two. Honestly, they look good, they're metal, but they're cheap Chinese garbage, and they're really your only option so, if anyone has a better alternative let me know. Cheep junk. A waste of my time and money. I used lock washers and lock tight when installing them. Not like the ones that I used on my custom 58 Ford convertable. Didn’t even make it around the block. One broke off and the other one rotated back under the front end. Just being honest. They were installed on a 2014 Toyota as the front end is so low. To the ground. Just had it repaired due to striking a curb bumper block in a parking lot. Read more

PSA: you should add loctite (I used 242) if you want them to stay on your car. Install would have been easy enough but I wanted to mount them on the front tire well and wanted them to stick out more so I went to ace hardware and built a bracket that fit my Honda Fit better (where my missing fender liners should be). I’ll probably add another small bracket to extend them a few more inches but I really love the look. Read more
