Glad there were 2. The first fell off with my GPS mounted on the first major bump I hit. The 3m adhesive IS VERY STRONG and pulled the paint right off the dash. Replaced it on the unpainted plastic and it will never come loose again. Strongest adhesive I've ever seen. Read more

Do not trust your $1000 cell phone to this product's tape. It will not hold. The Cell phone fell even after a 24 hour cure. For my motorcycle windshield mount I put on real 3M Tape. Then drilled two holes and put a bolt with nut on the inside. The only way I would trust the install with typical motorcycle vibration. Read more

Because of where I had to mount this, the curve in the mount made all the difference in the world. Mounting it to a horizontal ledge on my truck's dashboard, a regular "straight" mount wouldn't allow me to change the viewing angle of my phone enough to make it useful (i.e. using Waze as my GPS Navigation system). So having this extra bend in the mount allowed me to change the angle of my phone face so that it was almost vertical, thereby providing a clear viewable picture of whatever was being displayed on my phone's face. Excellent shape, size, and sturdiness. Using for phone holder/charger on a flat facing dash to keep it out of line of sight. The sticky tape has separate/foam ripped on 2 so far. Granted, it's holding a charger and a large phone in a bumpy work van. It's a great item, just inadequate adhesive. Maybe sand the base course and use 3m for better results. I just keep changing them out. Read more
