Product design looks nice, but that's where it ends. Returning this. First two devices i tried that clip the basket to the pole broke, stopped there. Force needed to clip the device is excessive, no wonder they broke. Instructions are pitiful, even for someone like me that's been assembling things for many years (Ikea is a breeze.). 5 of the pole pieces are the same size, so get your calculator ready to figure out what should go together to fit your space. It pains me that I'll have to spend the time returning this clearly inferior product. How this thing gets 1 and 2 star ratings is either a mystery, or a conspiracy. Read more

The baskets don’t even properly attach. They either are too tight and won’t screw on, or too loose and fall with the least amount of weight. Read more

If I could give no stars, I absolutely would. Save your money and find something else. The plastic pieces that come with to attach the baskets to the pole don’t actually fit, so when trying to screw on, they break. I was going to return but my husband said he could make it work, which he did with hose clamps and zip ties, but not necessarily the aesthetic I was looking for. And the shelves are still downward facing no matter how hard we tried to keep them level. Very frustrating, wouldn’t recommend. Maybe the seller should try metal instead of plastic attachments.
