I got this monitor for the sole purpose of playing video games on a TV tray in the living room while my wife can watch something else on the main TV. My review is from that perspective. Image quality: It's great. The screen can get very bright (though I haven't needed it to) with great contrast and colors. No complaints about how it shows video from my computer or PS4. Also, the screen is 16:9 so there is no stretching to fit a standard HD source (like some other portable monitors that use a 16:10 screen). My goal was to use this monitor to play games like Rocket League that can require fast responses, and it has been fantastic. Audio: I can't speak to the audio as I have either muted the display or used headphones. With that said, adjusting the audio is a bit of a pain in the neck (it's buried in a sub-menu). On this metric it's less than ideal, but for my purposes this is hardly a deal-breaker. Portability: Very light, but it feels solid. The hole-in-the-bottom is a nice feature if you want to avoid bringing a separate stand, but when using the hole it requires a nearly-vertical position for the monitor--this may or may not be ideal based on your setup. I wish this had its own case, however a case for a 13" laptop works just fine with room to spare. Accessories: The monitor came with a small stand that's a little flimsy but it still works. The media could not be loaded. As an owner of multiple portable monitors for the last 7 years, i would say i am kinda picky when it comes to quality. I previously owned 2 portable monitors of uperfect, a 16" 3k 144hz IPS and a 16" 3K OLED monitor which was my favorite so far and still works perfect but i wanted a touch screen monitor as well as i found my self trying to use and touch the screen all the time. And i will tell you, this monitor is even more than i expected. The calibration of the colors is great, the blacks are pitch black and the screen is beautiful. The touch screen is extremely responsive with no input lag and it's a blast using it connected to my Samsung phone, my laptop, my Legion Go and Steam deck as a standalone device and all that on 22" screen. Also the build quality is what i expected from Uperfect, top notch and it comes with all the cables you need and also a carrying sleeve!!!! (use the cables that comes with as older cables don't work with the touch functionality). The media could not be loaded. My review is based on two major points. 1) Product 2) Customer Service Product: I purchased the monitor when my last monitor failed. I needed a monitor for my work and the only one I could find that can be delivered in 2 days from UPERFECT was this monitor. I went with it without much thought as I know I like this brand products. The screen is bigger and perfect for my needs compared to the previous one which was 18.5" and resolution is perfect! I like the subtle natural colors on this monitor compared to many products that elevate the colors to impress. It is very easy to connect and work. It requires two cables and works better if it has its own power supply. The touchscreen works perfect, though it is an added benefit for me as I use it more for my work and always connected to my laptop and keyboard. The screen is very responsive and perfect size to carry around without being too obvious. I have also used many other portable monitors such as Lenovo, ALOLG and many others and UPERFECT never disappointed compared to others. The product is appropriately priced for the size, features, quality and service. Customer Service: If I have to pin point a reason why I chose this monitor out of thousands of options out there then, the answer is UPERFECT's Customer Service! I have to say, UPERFECT customer Service has always been exceptional! This is my second monitor with them. Previously I owned the 18.5 inch HD monitor and when I faced a technical issue with it, the technical support was very quick in resolving it for me. Later my old monitor stopped working and UPERFECT took complete responsibility beyond the return period and refunded my order.
