Assembly was a snap. I had a problem trying to connect the filter to the fan, and their online help bailed me out quickly and were kind and not condescending. The longest time I had to wait for an email response was 10 minutes! Everything except the drip irrigation system looks good. It’s a tiny system and may work great, time will tell. This product is really low quality, and whoever in charge of packaging is not even paying attention, the 3ft by 3ft blueprints don’t match the tent assembly instructions, I returned the package and receive a new one with the same issue at this point not sure if is even worth to request the parts once more, additional to this: -The clip fan didn’t came with the nut to hold it steady. -the duct fan can not be directly connected to the filter even after using the holding rings on the package. -Even after installing the duct fan barely dissipates any heat and it does not have a way to increase or decrease fan speed. -the water pump is really small still isn’t very clear how to install cause blueprints don’t match parts, similar to the tent. -lights are low quality says full spectrum but doesn’t have much control options to take advantage of “full spectrum” feature at different growing stages. -These kits seems to be assemble by Amazon even when calling Amazon supports does not have support information for assembly, they also won’t send you the missing parts without return the entire packages received as incomplete. This by all means inefficient and not cost effective. I wish I knew that buying part separately would result in a better option, also a was not aware how easy these things are to install, AGAIN I advice buying parts separately from a better quality vendor. It came with smoking pipes, grinder with shit magnet, roller and rolling tray which is kinda nice but I didn't ask for it in the first place and it's kinda stupid to throw that in because people could be growing veggies or something, it doesn't have to be all about weed... Products all seems nice but the light timer seems to not be working and the water pump didn't come with but the valves did. It was pretty easy to set up with help. Zipper on tent kinda seems bent but still working, I just gotta be gentle ziping zipper around that area. Over all, I'm not mad about the product! Thanks!! Not too big and not too small with the space I have... If I got the pump, I'd give it full stars. Can't wait to buy a working timer and I'll be all set!!! Read more

Was really excited for this, then not so much. Here we go; no fan, no timer, no irrigation, only maybe 1/4 supports lock, the cross bars on top don't fit, carbiners for the led light provided are too tiny to work on the crossbars, so I can't really get started. This was a 40th birthday present. My wife feels awful. Not her fault china exists. I want a refund, but there's also no way I'm tearing it down and trying to get it in a box, lugging it to the car and off to UPS. Awwwww! I would give up the roller and other paraphernalia for any of these to be resolved. Do not buy. Read more

Very very satisfied!! Great quality materials, and overall produced a great harvest (2 plants). I would recommend any buyer to purchase an additional fan for venting air in, otherwise the tent will seal in too much heat and humidity. There are additional areas on tent to set it up. Read more
