I actually bought these Clippers for a totally different job than trimming thick toenails. I needed something with a good, sharp jaw and a long handle for getting into tight spots to trim wire ends on electronics and hobby projects. And for that, they are perfect. The wide jaw opening and the fact that the blades are super sharp mean they snip through wires and plastic pieces really cleanly without fraying or crushing them. The long handle gives you a lot of leverage and keeps my hand out of the way, which makes them really fast and easy to control. The angled head is actually a huge benefit for reaching awkward spots too. I haven't used them on my feet, but they're now a permanent and indispensable tool in my electronics kit. Read more
