So I was going back and forth on which one to buy on here. As there is always mixed reviews. I previously had a rearview mirror phone holder but it was too heavy and my car is quite old as well so whenever I went over bumps my mirror is suddenly looking down. It got quite dangerous really. So I was led here after looking for a while and decided to try it. I will admit I didn’t follow any instructions. I kind of just stuck the sticky platform on my dash and then stuck the actual phone holder on top. I did use it immediately after since I was headed to a party. Where I live the roads are not maintained so it gets pretty bumpy and in my small car you can especially feel it. Point is that this holder has not fallen off once. I can see it visibly shaking like crazy everyday too when I commute to work or the store. It does not move AT ALL. And the arm doesn’t move either , the screw has kept it in position perfectly. It’s very sturdy. I also tend to use gps and if I need it while driving Siri is very easy to use since my phone is pointed at my face and it unlocks fast. So I don’t have to touch my phone at all.
