I absolutely LOVE this product and love this company! I bought this charger a year ago and so appreciated the way it cleaned up all my wires/multiple chargers and how sleek it looked on my nightstand. Everything was great up until a few days ago, when the phone charger part stopped working. I was really bummed. Obviously, I’m way past the warranty. But I sent a support ticket through Amazon anyway. Within 12 hours, the company reached out to me with a single question… Please provide us with your address so we can send you a new unit. That was it! No questions, no issues, no “did you try this”… Just how can we send you a new unit? They are absolutely AWESOME! Best customer service I’ve ever seen in my life! I immediately received a UPS tracking number and had a new unit at home within a few days. I may buy more of these units and I will certainly buy anything from this company again! Like a lot of people I have my share of Apple gadgets. I have 2 iPhones (1 personal, 1 work phone), Air Pods Pro ear buds, and an Apple Watch, which I use daily. Needless to say that they all require charging daily as well. I dislike having a separate cord and charger for each device because it takes up more outlets and looks more unsightly in my opinion. I have always tended to prefer these 3-in-1 chargers for that reason. I have had a few in the past and I like some of them more than others. When I needed a new one I did some research on Amazon and finally decided to get this one. I am very happy with the quality of it. It feels substantial, in a good way. Meaning that it doesn’t feel light and cheap. It looks nice on my countertop and I really like how the charging pad for the phone is so adjustable. I can put my iPhone 15 Pro Max (a pretty large phone) in portrait mode on the charger so I can glance at the notifications when they come across. It charges fast enough to suit me. I have honestly never timed it, because I tend to charge it almost exclusively at night when I am sleeping. I like how the watch charger can lay flat if desired or it can be pushed to the vertical position for watch bands that don’t separate into two pieces. I also like the little area for my Air Pods. It’s recessed slightly which works out well in case I accidentally bump them while reaching for my phone or whatever. It tends to keep them in place better. On the front of the charger there are 3 LED’s which light up to show you that a particular charger is working at that time. No more guessing if the item is placed on it correctly, or wondering if the outlet is still working or if the power supply is still working, etc. Very happy with this purchase! Read more

After carefully selecting for a long time, I finally decided to buy this one. After it arrived, I was not disappointed. The actual product is very beautiful and the delivery is fast. I can charge my mobile phone by putting it on it. I can also charge my earphones and watches. It is really convenient. It saves the messy wires on the table. The style is generous and modern. Wireless charging is really convenient. It can also be used as a mobile phone holder. It is very easy to use. It has texture and weight in my hand. Although the charging speed is not as fast as the wired fast charge, it is also okay and acceptable. The most important thing is convenience. TLDR: Works fine with QuadLock MAG case. Overall very nice. I was iffy about this and didn't find any information relevant to my specific case but went ahead and ordered thinking I can always return it. My case is a QuadLock MAG case which I believe is is 0.98mm thick between the back of the phone and the outside of the case. The case itself does have a magnetic ring on it intented to work with QuadLock branded holders, which may have affected how it interacts with this station, but the case is too thick for standard Qi chargers to work (it grabs but doesn't charge, or doesn't grab and doesn't charge, depending on the product). I am happy to report that this station DOES work as desired with this case. It holds the cased phone securely in portrait and landscape mode, and charges it without issues. "Nightstand mode" - with thick case! - is a go. Positives: The blue indicator lights are really only visible if you're looking for them if there is any ambient light in the room. Bright enough you know you see them, dim enough not to be intrusive. They stay lit for about 5 seconds. The angle of the phone platter can be adjusted quite a bit - charging works in a flat position, a flat+raised position, and even a raised+backwards tilt. I like having these options. The stem can raise up about 2 inches from the surface of the base - high enough that the phone won't hit an Airpods case even if in landscape mode. No extra cordage is required for watch charging. Looks really nice - elegant even with nothing attached. The watch does not continually beep from reestablishing the connection as it does on another charger I have. Neutral: It's fairly large but I'd just right for a nightstand. I suppose it can be taken traveling, but I think of it more as a non-travel piece. Things that could be improved: 1) the magnet for the watch is not that strong and lets my watch slip down to touch the surface of the case. This isn't that big of a deal since the watch doesn't need to be held up that high, and it still charges. 2) I wish the plug was less bulky and rigid at the end. I know a converter is needed but this design makes the plug stick out too much off the wall and invites crushing and bending if the plug is hidden behind a piece of furniture and someone wants to push the furniture unit closer to the wall.
