This is probably the best value you can get for your money. Definitely helped with my back pain when I slotted it between my shoulder blades and ran it up and down. There’s an abundance of modes and settings, but it only took me about five or six minutes to get the hang of it. A charge seems to last for quite some time. The vibration is extremely weak and nowhere near what is advertised. Although it claims to have 8 speeds and 20 modes, most of the modes feel almost the same and do not relieve muscle tension at all. Also, feels cheap and poorly made. Buttons are unresponsive, the noise level is high, and the silicone does not feel premium as claimed. Battery life is also terrible.
