It worked well for a bit, but then it just suddenly stopped accepting charge, and would power off after 20 seconds. I charged for upwards of an hour, and there was nothing. It's also not a massage gun. It helps that it's small, so it can help with small massages, but I don't like how it just stops working. Read more

I am going to go into more detail than I normally would to help potential buyers understand this product. First, the product is MUCH smaller than advertised (says it is 6”x1.5” when it is just over 3” long and less than an inch in diameter). When I received it I opened the box and there was the massager and a power cord - there was no ‘carrying case’. There is a tiny instruction guide that is somewhat inadequate… but I didn’t notice that guide when I first opened the box and so I started trying to figure it out on my own. There is a power ‘button’ and a place for the charger to be inserted… however, when I pressed the power button nothing happened. No problem… I figured it just needed to be charged. Well, the place where the charging cord gets inserted *looks* like it has a protective cap on it that needs to be removed in order to insert the cord… and I tried to get that thing off and couldn’t. At this point I was extremely frustrated and was ready to toss the massager in the trash. I looked back at the ad to see if there was any guidance there and when I noticed that there was supposed to be a carrying case I looked back inside the box - while there was no carrying case, it was at that point that I saw the little piece of paper with instructions. This is what is included in the instructions: you need to press and hold the power button in order to turn on the massager (worked, yay!). And… while it is not exactly clear I finally figured out that the charging cord end needed to be pushed thru what I thought was a protective dust cap. So… at this point I am feeling better about it as the massaging action was surprisingly strong - especially given its small size. THEN… I discovered on my own (cuz it ain’t in the instructions!!!) that once powered on you can press the power button and cycle thru about 10 different massage options - there are 3 strength levels, as well as cycling options. At this point I am starting to actually get excited about the product! That strong massage action that I first noted when I figured out how to turn it on was actually the low power mode… on high it is really strong. It turns out that this is a surprisingly sophisticated and powerful massager in a tiny form. It is actually perfect for what I ordered it for, which was to use on my hands/wrists (carpal tunnel) and is so tiny (yet effective) that it can easily be carried in your pocket. While very effective for small areas, it would not be useful for large areas given its diminutive size (it is just slightly larger than a tube of lip balm), but for small areas it is actually an excellent tool. I do wish the seller would clarify the ad to correct the dimensions, and the instructions need to at least mention the different modes and how to activate them. Read more

Very nice for carrying in your purse or handbag. Very strong for its size. Firm hard shell has a soft texture. Low hum from motor is barely noticable. Works well and is being sold at a very fair price. Holds charge for plenty of time to be of use. Read more
