This was the first time that we have purchased a toy for pleasure. I purchased "The Rose" for our recent trip to Mexico. The device worked as described. Very happy with the quality and appearance. Beautifully packaged! It stopped working after the return date expired. I emailed the manufacturer directly. They responded in less than 24 hours. A new product was immediately sent out to me. Second time getting a product from this company, and once again I'm super satisfied with the purchase. Easy to use, very versatile, and overall has been a lot of fun. I'm new to the toy world so I don't have anything to compare it to, but I cant think of a way to improve it. Really soft and has the perfect balance between stiff and malleable. My girl loves this thing, and I don’t blame her. It definitely gets the job done. However, she has gone through three of these (go ahead, say what you will) in six months. The last two survived exactly one month each. Now, they are inexpensive, so a year supply of these things Isn’t going to break the bank, however, the only toy I want her to have a subscription to is me, so maybe somebody at the old quality control department needs to step up their game. Now, the technical breakdown; the wiring going to the lower motor is too short, so with enthusiastic playtime, The type that usually makes someone call out to their deity of choice, and a little bit too much of a bend, it will pull out of the lower motor. On one of them I’ve also seen the motor exit stage left and barbecue the wiring. So, don’t be too… “Vigorous“ with these things. Read more
This toy was so easy to use - the best part it was charged when I opened the package :) I was able to play right away !! It is the best toy I have ever owned yet ; the size and noise level are perfect 5 out of 5 stars it’s easily fit into all my purses and the noise very discreet. Honestly, not that great. The 'wand' end is ok but the part that really counts is just eh. The 'tongue' doesn't move. It wibrates at different patterns but compared to so many other with movement this just doesn't hit. I have it 3 stars because it does seem well constructed and the vibration and speeds work.
