This is a very simple design. It is medium duty for a plastic cooking pot. It is small but not too small, so I think it works for about 2 persons. I think it is over priced, so I only give it 4 stars. The latching method seems to work good. Read more

This was a gift to my 80 year old father. I had it shipped to his house. He called me to tell me how small it is and it did not come with any directions. If you are buying this and don't know how to use a microwave rice cooker I suggest you buy 1 that comes with directions. Read more
