I was a little worried about the color since other reviews said they are not exactly as you would think by the title. This lavender vest is a dusty rose. Nothing lavender about it but I still love it. Just know that it is not a purple hue. The fit is good. It is thin so it will be nice for spring and summer. Soft t-shirt material. I first commented about not receiving this product because it was a concern of mine. My package went into my neighbors mailbox by mistake and she was away on vacation. I since have received it and can find no fault in the way the product looks or fits. I am not very tall, so I was pleasantly surprised on the length of the vest. The vest looks good with jeans, dress pants and dresses. A win win with everything!! I think that the fit is both comfortable and flattering. Hard to order online really. I get some merch that was either too small or too large in my size. Trying so many different styles in cardigans and blazers to wear to work bc I like long tunic style blazers and tops. It stretches but it stretches also out of shape and starts to feel too big on you. Maybe you’d want to use starch on it. Idk, It did what I needed it to do temporarily bc I’m still looking for the right blazer or cardigan to wear at work. It’s hot in the area I’m in and I need it to be light weight but this was too cheap looking for the job I’m at and what I needed it to look like which is more crisp, clean style. This is a really nice layering piece. The fabric is very soft and lightweight, ideal for spring/summer/fall. The cut is nice too. It's flowing, but shapely at the same time. I am 5' 6" and the back just covered my behind. I ordered it in apricot, since on my screen it looked like a light tan, but when received it was was actually a light peach color. This is a great, versatile piece. The material is fantastic! It has a flowing fit but yet the fabric doesn’t stretch and loose shape. Also doesn’t seem like it will pill. I’ve dressed it up with a silk cami, thrown it over shorts and a casual tank, with a tank dress and also over a swimsuit. You won’t regret buying this piece. In reference to length, it is on the longer side. I’m 5’8” and though it’s exactly the length I hoped, the back does mostly cover my bottom. I think this piece would suit almost anyone though 😊.
