I am 5'9 195 lbs and got two pairs of these pants in the 36x30 size. They fit absolutely perfect, as if they were tailor-made for me. The second I put them on, I was amazed by the perfect fit and the comfort. I am an athletic build, and with these pants there is no binding or bunching up when sitting. That is due to the fit, as well as the great stretch of the material. They don't hug my legs like tights, nor are they baggy. Just the right amount of room. The quality of the material is awesome.
