WOW! So far, I have been extremely happy with my Sea Hawk steam cleaner. I received it a few days ago and started going to work with it and putting it to the test. I am in the process of a full-blown remodel so I have a lot of super dirty stuff that needs something strong and tough enough to get it all clean and sanitized. I have been able to get the grime out of old, nasty grout, I used it to get all the caked-on grime off of the oven and will be using it soon to freshen up the wood floors in the entryway. I was a little weary of the price but I decided to give it a try as I had already tried a cheaper steam cleaner and it just didn’t make the cut for me. All of the tools and brush heads that come with it have been a big help as well. I found that the smaller nylon brush heads worked great on my grout and the floor squeegee did a great job on cleaning my tiles. I did some heavy cleaning with this and it was convenient being able to add additional water while I was cleaning instead of having to turn it off and wait for it to cool down first. It was pretty nifty that I was able to scan the QR code that came in the box and it took me to download the user manual. The manual helped a ton to show me which attachments were best for different applications. I was very pleased with how the package arrived. With it being an expensive item for me, I was glad to see how well it was packaged to keep it safe during delivery. Highly recommend it. Read more

I tried returning this but couldn’t straight out of the box I couldn’t get the extraction to work. This is the biggest pile of very expensive junk. When the machine does work which is rare it produces about 30-60 sec of steamers and then kicks off to “warm up” for about triple or more like quadruple the time. Before plugging it in I found the electrical cord was slightly cut for the amount of money I spent on that machine I would've thought it should be inspected properly but overall I like the machine haven't use it yet until I can figure out the cord issue. Read more

I purchased this product a few months ago - and can say it’s worth the hefty price tag. I’ve owned a variety of cleaning devices (bissle cross wave, stain vacuums, Hoover carpet cleaners, rainbow vac) … and this blows them out of the water. I still use a day-to-day vacuum, but it’s nice to have an all-in-one for deep cleaning days. The product comes with a lot of attachments, but once you get into it - it’s really easy to operate, and you can do most tasks with the essential few. My wife developed a sensitivity to hard artificial cleaners, and the natural stuff just doesn’t get the job done. I bought this as a 100% chemical free solution- and it delivers! I add a drop of essential oil into the steam basin and the collection basin, and the house smells great by the time I’m done cleaning. It knocks out grease and grime effectively, great on appliances, and the small tip attachment blows out debris from small corners and ledges. The product can be somewhat clunky, so I recommend getting the cart (stores attachments and improves mobility). As mentioned, We’ll run a stick vacuum or a broom on week days because it’s lower maintenance, but the product really isn’t a hassle … it’s as easy to clean as a standard hard floor cleaner or a rainbow vacuum. The seller was also super responsive. I had a missing part and contacted the OEM, and got phone call from the Amazon partner within an hour! Product didn’t work. They sent out a new one, that didn’t work. Returned both. After the fact they discovered that an accessory tank that is required to be on it to work for extraction was broken from the factory. They still charged me 10% return fee plus they charged me return shipping costs. Out almost $200 for no fault of my own. Buyer beware!!!! Read more
