WARNING -- PERMANENTLY DAMAGED MY LAPTOP BEYOND REPAIR -- HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS OR REPAIR COST After working fine for a month, it completely stopped working. the usb-c that is supposed to connect to my computer delivers no power. I also double checked by plugging that same usb-c cord into my phone, and it does not work -- this confirms it is not the device, but it is your product. To make matters worse, that usb-c cord permanently damaged my usb-c input on my laptop. It is completely torn up and unusable. Luckily, my laptop has two usb-c inputs, so i can use the other one. Company has not responded to requests for refund. Read more
