Definitely worth the cost vs regular batteries or the rechargeable batteries you would buy from the store. The battery life is great and lasts long and they came with a charging cord so you can charge 4 batteries at one time if needed. I would recommend these batteries to anyone. I have kids who use electronics and they work great with all of them. The batteries are the same size and fit as any regular AA battery. Definitely worth it. Read more
Bought serval rechargeable batteries this are by far the best ones. Read more
These are a great implementation of Lithium-Ion battery technology in a very common and traditional form factor (AA cells) and voltage. Normally, Li-Ion chemistry is 3.7 Volts nominal, but somehow, these are 1.5 Volts like traditional alkaline chemistry batteries. That's great, but even better is that you don't need a separate special charger for these. They have built-in USB-C charging port and charger circuitry so that you simply need to plug them into a USB-C power source and they charge up automatically. A flashing green LED built into each battery tells you it's charging. The green LED glows solid (no flashing) when the battery is fully charged. The kit comes with a 4-1 charging cable. The one end of the cable connects to a power source using a USB-A connector. The other four ends plug into each of the batteries using a USB-C connector. The cable itself is amazing as it saves the need to have a separate port for charging each battery - on port from your charger/power source is all you need to charge all four batteries at the same time. Whether connected using this 4-1 cable or directly using individual cables for each cell, these cells should be self-balancing by means of the internal circuitry contained in each cell. The USB-C port on the batteries was a bit stiff to plug/unplug into at first, but after a few insertions/removals the connection has become much smoother. One would think that the USB port on the battery would be the weak point, being that it is such a tiny component mounted into a small device. So far however, the connectors seem to be rock solid and I am certain that if proper care is used when connecting the charge cable, these connectors should outlast the life of the batteries. I was able to power a 16-ft string of bright LED lights with 3 of these cells for 12 hours at full brightness. Brightness remained relatively constant throughout. This is a perfect use for these cells. I would trust these cells for even the most demanding, mission critical uses, but you'll want to avoid moisture and dirty envirnoments to avoid gunking up the charging port. This can also be avoided by purchasing USB-C port covers, sold separately, or wrapping a piece of tape around the battery ports when needed. Read more
I use these primarily in low-draw devices like my old mp3 player from years ago, and they work fine. Tough to say the exact lifetime but I've kept them in there for almost a month, and use it maybe an hour or so per week, and haven't needed to recharge. The fact that they have the usb-c port is super convenient, though, because you can essentially charge them anywhere. It comes with a little multi-charging cable, but to be honest I've never had the need to charge all 4 at the same time. 4 stars for meeting my expectations of rechargeable batteries, plus the convenience of not needing to wonder which family member stole the battery charger *this* time. Maybe a little pricier than similar sets at time of order, but prices on things like this also seem to fluctuate. Read more
The media could not be loaded. Rechargeable household-class Lithium-ion batteries offer reliable, constant power output and virtually unlimited life, and this winbasic set is a great example of the breed The set comes with four AA batteries and a very short (five-inch-long) four-head Medusa cable with a USB-A charger interface connector on one end and USB-C battery interface connectors on the other, all securely contained in a translucent plastic clamshell case. You’ll have to supply your own power source, such as a wall-outlet transformer, a computer or laptop, a car charger or, as I used for my pictures, a power bank. Each battery has an LED indicator that blinks green when it's charging and glows solid green when it's fully charged. You can use these batteries in place of single-use alkaline AAs in any device that they’ll fit in. Unlike alkaline batteries, whose voltage decreases over time, Li-ion batteries deliver constant voltage until they go dead, and that can literally happen from one minute to the next. I once took a picture inside my house and then went outside to take another picture, and in that minute the camera’s Li-ion batteries went dead. That’s not a “bug,” it’s a “feature,” and you just have to get used to lacking an indication of declining battery power as a clue to when they’ll go dead. The utility, convenience and easy rechargeability of these batteries more than offsets the peculiarity of their chemistry. These AAs are rated at 2100 mAh, which is on the low side of the scale compared to single-use alkaline AAs that are typically rated at 2000-3000 mAh. Again, that doesn’t really matter, since you can recharge them more than 1,000 times. Sure, they’re expensive, at about 10 bucks each currently, but the return is worth the investment. I love these batteries. They work great, they’ll recharge essentially forever and they cut down on hazardous waste. What’s not to like? I give them my strongest endorsement and enthusiastically rate them with five well-deserved stars. Read more

I like the idea of rechargeable batteries but I actually hate the idea of needing a separate battery charger tray that you typically use for recharging them. The charger just seems to be another piece of junk that you hide in a drawer and can never find when you need it. These batteries don't need a separate charger unit--you can just use one of the many USB-C cables that we all have lying around. They charge pretty quickly and last as long as disposable AA batteries to you really cannot go wrong. I have been very happy with this product and I definitely recommend it. Read more
