These pillow inserts are full and fluffy within an hour of removing them from their vacuum sealed package. They don't skimp on the fill so you have a nice thick support if buying the lumbar size or nice to lay your head on if buying for the couch or a bed. I have purchased these no less than 5 times. They make nice gifts if you purchase a fun or funny pillow cover and they last well as a daily use pillow as a couch pillow.
