I gave this a 4 star rating because they do the job. Keep my pillows clean and nice. But I took away a star because I notice they DO NOT wash well. The plastic inside stuck together and some even tore. I'm a bit disappointed in that because I ordered a 2nd set of these before washing them else I would've tried another brand.
