I have very high arches and occasional Plantar Fasciitis issues, so when I found the original/older model, I was very happy with them; The arch is extremely high but fits me perfectly, and gives great support. Then I recently saw that they made this update, which addresses two of my main concerns with the initial slippers: the insole is now a softer, more comfortable material, and my favorite feature, they put a small elastic on the top/upper so that if you also have a high instep, the upper will stretch so that it's not putting constant pressure on your foot. This was a total gamechanger for me, and made these incredibly comfortable right from the start (whereas I had to break in my older versions). Could not recommend these more for anyone with a high arch-high instep combo; perfect comfort & support. Read more

These took a while to get used to. True to size. Look nice. The support is good once you get accustomed to walking in them. They really help to alleviate the pain in my heels. I put them on each time I return home. The only real issue I’m having is they have begun to squeak at wearing times. No big deal! Would buy again. Read more

I ordered these slippers. First pair was too small, and returned and reordered a half size larger. Great price, nice looking, great arch support if you have plantar fasciitis. But, the problem for me is that they don't bend. too rigid of a sole. For me it made them clunky to walk in. This slipper has a lot of great things going for it. It may work for you, but not for me Read more

These are very comfortable and have a great arch support however they get very slippery inside because the insole is not very thick so I wouldn’t advise wearing these without socks. Read more

Great slippers. Very comfortable. The arch makes all the difference. Very sturdy. This is my second pair- wore the first pair every day for 6 years (they’re actually still fine, I just decided to treat myself to a new pair). Read more

Both shoes differ in comfort. The right shoe is fine, but the left one is extremely painful and impossible to walk on. It causes my foot to go sideways and I have fallen twice. The pain is unbearable. I cannot even imagine why there is such a difference between both slippers. I cannot wear these slippers. At first it was just that I had to adjust to these slippers, but after my fall, I could not take another chance. I was not aware I could have returned them. These slippers were money out the window. I don't know why you say they have an invisible plastic that could be adjusted. I have looked many times and could not find this invisible plastic. How could this happen only with the left slipper? Please answer me. It feels like I have a very painful lump under my left arch which makes it impossible to walk on it. The pain is excruciating. Please explain this lump only on the left slipper. No side support. It has high arch support, which i wanted, but I didn't want them to lean to the outside. My old slippers did that after a year of regular wear, which is why I needed a new pair. i don't want my foot leaning the 1st time I put them on. Read more

Is something different as a house slipper but it seems to take some of the pressure of my back and my ankles so I think in time it will work for me Read more
