I got a medium and it's an oversized feel so I could have definitely gotten a medium but I do like the bigger look in this instance (As mentioned in the video). Your regular size might also be best if you have a bigger bust. However if you want a tighter feel size down. The material is about medium weight. Not too heavy or too light. This is a very nice blazer vest with functional pockets! The fabric is comfortable, but the cut is a little more boxy than I would like. I think I'll need to wear it buttoned up.
