The measurements of this device come in at 6cm in diameter (9cm circumference) with a starting height of 4cm and maximum extended height of 9cm along with an included piece of mounting plastic that is 8cm square. It weighs in at 105g. The magnet included with the device tests in as an N50 magnet for magnetism strength. The vacuum suction cups works well on almost every plastic and metal surface I tested it on including car dashes and refrigerators / bathroom walls. Where it fails though is that it will NOT adhere to any wooden surface vertically, although it does moderate in horizontal fashion. That is solved by the plastic baseplate that is included with the device that can be attached to any surface to improve suction adhesion. The downside is, this base has a glue on the bottom of it that will damage severely whatever surface you put it on. I tested it with my wooden work bench and it caused top level delamination when pulling it off so be warned. This mount has been in daily use for me for over 3 weeks now both in collapsed and fully extended form and at this point, it still remains fully erect even when being used with a full sized tablet. I will say repositioning the arm is a challenge as it is very stiff (designed that way so it doesn't collapse), so when repositioning it - firmly grasp the base before doing so. I tested this with various phones that already have a magnetic ring along with using the included magnetic ring attachments, all of them worked just fine and we securely attached in both vertical and horizontal positioning. In horizontal positioning, the magnet was able to hold a larger 12" tablet but in vertical; it could not without coming off at the suction point. All in all, this is a very solid plastic and metal based phone mount that is a fantastic value, if you take into the warnings about the plastic base. However the price point is low that it's not a waste and would even be a great value if all you need it to stick to is glass. Pros: - the suction works wonderful on glass and the phone holder has stayed suctioned to the windshield of my car for > a week. - the magnet is very strong - the unit comes with extra magnetic rings with very strong adhesive - the unit is capable of moving in lots of different angles and positions Cons: - Will not stick to anything but glass such as laminate or stainless steel (provided picture is laminate booksheld; phone holder lost suction and fell off) - the components squeak when being articulated and the hinges do not feel durable - it is difficult to move and position the articulating arm Overall, if you just need it for the car to stick to the windshield - it's awesome and you should go ahead and get it. This phone mount felt great for the first day. And right after, it feel apart without notice. The screws that hold up the mount gave way - which means it will not stay up holding your phone, but simply collapse under its weight. There is no way to tighten the screw since it is concealed somewhere. Poor build quality. Would not recommend. Read more

Overall, this phone holder is pretty decent, but not as strong as some of the others that I’ve tried. It’s a little bulky and doesn’t have the sleep designs the others have. However, it does work and has a good section with a slider that increases the section. The magnet piece is flat And doesn’t seem to be quite as strong as other magnets. The stand has a vacuum seal and can seal to almost every surface and the phone is held by a magnet. This stand is very durable and the magnet and vacuum is very strong and is able to hold a phone very well without dropping it.
