Function and durability didn’t last long.
I bought this phone holder to replace my original one which was big and bulky, but it functions only lasted about 2 to 3 days. Installation is pretty straightforward, size is good, you can virtually adjust the angle in any way you wish and adjust it to your convenience (if it works). The design is pretty nice because it replaces bulky phone holders, so you have more field of view, but those are the only positives. Mechanically, the arm got flimsy and no matter how often I tighten it with the allen wrench, it still loosens. The head itself, where you actually connect the phone via magnetism, there’s no way for me to tighten it, it also became flimsy and doesn’t hold the weight of my phone, which adds danger while on the road because the point is to not manipulate the phone while driving. Lastly, the suction stopped working. On its own, it sticks to the glass or to the plastic pad it brings in the box, but once I put my phone on it, it lasts about 10 seconds and it falls. I stopped bothering and using it because it just doesn’t work. I regret purchasing this product. Money was not well spent. Read more

Loses suction.
I have this attached to my dash in my car. A few times it lost suction and fell. I have a phone case that allows for cards to be held so I wonder it falls off due to the weight. The magnet doesn't seem to be strong enough to keep my phone attached. Probably wouldn't recommend if your phone case is bulky/heavy. Read more

Kept popping off my dash and the piece that use you use to stick onto the dash to suction to that also didn't help the suction.
