I use a variety of supplements for improved reproductive and overall health. This product is a great support for menopause symptom relief. This product caused me EXTREME LETHARGY AND EXTREME DIZZINESS. Also I was so sleepy all day and couldn't get any energy. The first day was ok, but the second day, was awful. So please do your research on ALL the ingredients BEFORE you take any supplements! I don't want anyone to go through what I am CURRENTLY going through. Also, I weigh 103 so take that in account when buying otc supplements. Read more
