This table is well built durable metal however table top may not holdup to normal wear and tear looks like it’s made of particle board type material or pressed wood. It’s a great size it can fit my phone drink and snack and the pouch is good for remotes it’s easy to use and instructions are easy to follow. Also it doesn’t work well with reclining sofas or chairs due to the metal frames and there isn’t room for the leg of the table to fit underneath. My husband had to have rotator cuff surgery and needs to use an ice therapy machine which is the size of a small to medium sized cooler that you fill with ice. We needed something sturdy to set the ice machine on that would fit under the sofa by him. I was a little leary based on other reviews, but it works will for what we need. The fact that it is adjustable was the reason I chose this over others. We were able to adjust the height down to the level of the couch, then with the bottom pushed under the sofa, it is nice and sturdy to hold the weight of the machine without tipping over. This table is perfect for keeping items close by! It fits perfectly over the chaise part of my couch and it is small and light enough that I can easily move it around the room one-handed if I need the table somewhere else! I love how small it is but great size for what you usually need for a side table, a book and drink. It is a little bit easy to knock, so not crazy sturdy, but was very simple to assemble. I like that you can lock it in different heights and it is not decided by pre-determined holes. Love the spot for remotes and maybe any other little things. Looks great and very functional! This table is lovely. It was easy to put together. I find it very useful for working on my laptop, and it tucks easily under my bed. It's sturdy enough for what it is, but wobbles a bit when typing and a nudge can send everything on top falling off. Learned that the hard way!
