I'm 5'8.5 and like it to hang low at my hips & that it does ! Pocket for cell phone inside. I have a full size FRYE leather zippered clutch wallet that I keep, keys, sunglasses, checkbook and other miscellaneous items. Not too big. Not too small just right! Wish there had been more colors to choose from in this exact style. I'm not a huge fan of the orangey leather... But no worries I knew as soon as it came I would love it! I took natural coconut oil (Not MCT )and rubbed it in to the genuine leather. It is now a warmer Brown. The more coconut oil you rub in the darker you can get natural leather and the softer it will be. It will not harm it. But only works on genuine leather as is this bag! Love this purse. It has the exact "EASY ACCESS" features I wanted with an "open" pocket (with a snap) for my phone, and a zipper pocket in the back for my debit card. The quality of the leather is wonderful! I bought this bag after returning another brand that was too small. This bag complements the matching wallet from the same company that I had previously purchased. I think (hope) it will wear well and as it gets marked up, it will add more character than damage. The con is that it says 100% leather, feels nice but it does not have that nice leather smell. It has a chemical smell. It’s not important but does speak to the craftsmanship that the logo was applied crooked. Overall, I would recommend as a crossover bag that is attractive and functional with (2) zipper side pockets, interior zip pocket and spacious main area to accommodate a full size wallet. Read more

Received this as a Gift, The tooled leather is beautiful and this is well made, for all the bad reviews given about size , well take those with a grain of salt because the size measurements are in the description ! Several zippered compartments and the strap is very generous so you can adjust to where it’s perfect for you. I can fit my wallet in the main compartment, and still have room for sunglasses, cell phone, and many extras that go with me I love a cross body for when I’m shopping especially alone so I can be hands free. This open-top embossed purse is listed as being 10.5" x 9.5" x 2", which is about the same as my favorite old purse that broke recently, which was 8.5" x 9" x 2". I was excited and happy to find one of similar size, that purse was perfect. The actual size of this purse is 8.5" x 10" by 1", and the loss of a full inch of depth makes a HUGE difference in the utility of the purse. The exterior embossed pocket adds a half inch, but that's irrelevant given the main pocket is still only an inch thick. My old small purse could hold most of what I needed for the day, my cell, wallet, folded tote bag, as many pads as I needed, chapsticks and measuring tape, and then a sandwich or a book on top of that. Even an 18oz bottle would fit in there given some rearranging. This purse holds my small zippered card wallet and 1 tote bag with difficulty, and my cell phone has to sit on top. It bulges out with the addition of 2 pads in the zippered inner pocket, and then I have to put chapsticks and other small things in the outer embossed pocket. There's a zippered pocket on the back which is pretty much useless since it takes valuable space from the stingy main pocket. I gave 3 stars because it's pretty, but if I'd known it was only an inch thick I wouldn't have purchased. The height and width are fine, but that depth really matters. Read more
I shopped online for about two months for the perfect crossbody bag. When I saw this one I said "that's it!" I ordered the bag and matching wallet. Then I worried that when they arrived I would be disappointed. I was wrong. They are even more beautiful in person. Pictures don't do the leather justice. The quality is amazing, and so is the price. And they are the perfect size. I was so tired of carrying around a giant purse full of crap and never being able to find what I was looking for in it.
