These are much better than most. Nice arch support and they fit shoes nicely can trim easily My feet don’t hurt nearly as bad i definitely notice when I wear shoes without them inserted. Easy to fit and functions great. I have plantar fasciitis and they are helping! Read more

I was worried that it would be hard to figure out the fit because it's made at the biggest size and youre supposed to cut it down to fit. The good thing is that the cut lines are traced on the bottom of the sole. Each cut should remove about half a size. Cutting is not overly difficult, but you will require good, strong scissors (I used the small ones from my swissarmy knife) The suggestion is to use your old sole as a stencil, but its hard to figure out where the heel starts; so the best option is to cut a half size at a time, checking the fit after each cut. Mine required only one cut and it seemed to be a perfect fit. The sole tends to expand the shoe and add height, so consider that for fit. The soles are actually quite comfy and they've done well so far. I will update if they give out quickly. Read more

These insoles may for you work however the heel is too stiff for me. They are also a bit narrow for my feet so if you have wide feet these may not be for you. You must cut to fit your shoe. Read more

I’ve had good experiences with VALSOLE insoles, and these are another solid pair. They’re a bit thicker than some of the others I’ve tried, which actually makes them feel a little more cushioned and supportive. The fit is great, and they were comfortable right away without needing to break them in. I haven’t used them long enough to know how much they’ll help with long-term pain relief, but the arch support is noticeable and feels like it’s doing its job. Received these this morning and have worn them all day. First impressions are very good. The heel cup is nice and deep with an ample gel pad to reduce the force of impact. It works well and cushions the heel quite well. A similar pad is located under the ball of the foot and provides similar impact reduction and cushionong. The key feature of this insole, IMHO, is the arch support. It is rigid and well-shaped to give the foot the lift it needs and keep it there. At the end of the day, the support felt just as good as in the morning. Terrific design and functionality. THe rest of the insole is made of layers of soft foam and other materials that provide even more foot comfort. You can trim this insole to fit your shoe if you need to. A pair of sharp scissors will suffice. Note that the toe region of the insole is a few millimeters thick so close-fitting shoes might feel tight and cramped. These insoles would be ideal in a shoe with a wide or deep toe box to allow your toes a little wiggle room. Time will attest to it's durability but I have similar insoles that have lasted a year with no signs of damage or collapse. These feel like they will last much longer even though the manufacturer suggests replacement every 6 months. We'll see. Until then.
