The media could not be loaded. Overall I think this is an excellent product and it would be a nice addition for anyone who wants some relaxation. It's not perfect but it's pretty great, especially for the price point. Pros: *Heating element is warm and really comfortable *Massaging pressure very nice *Bluetooth speakers are surprisingly good for what it is (it's not going to be mistaken for a dedicated music speaker but I honestly expected MUCH worse and it easily exceeded expectations) * the romote control is much convenient for me to control the massage mode & turn off the background music. *a full charge seems to last a good amount of time *the unit itself isn't too heavy *overall fairly comfortable Cons: * they decided to go with micro USB instead of usb-c (annoying but it does include a micro USB cable so it's not unforgivable) * It is a bit noisy, but it's a sophisticated gizmo and the air pressure feels SO GOOD!! with the heat on my eyes that I don't mind the noise.( PS: It's not so loud that you can't hear anything. I've listened to a podcast while it was going and it was fine) Warning: if you're thinking of buying it as a gift for whom- might have had eye issues like glaucoma or any type of eye surgery. if that's the case, don't purchase it; there are warnings about people with those issues using it inside the box. This is a great product for dry eyes. Charge it, put it over your eyes, and press and hold the on button until you hear ‘massager is on soft mode’, press again and hold until you hear ‘massager is on hard mode’. Choose whichever you prefer. Read more

Pros: -Does basically what it says it does in the description -Inflates at both the temples and the eyes individually -adjustable strap -the heat is a good temperature -includes carrying bag -Folding at the center allows better flexing during inflation and custom fit to face, as well as easy storage. -Battery life is almost accurate as advertised, but that does mean 5 or less uses per charge. Cons: -Unless you have a paired bluetooth device in range, it will automatically start its music mode every time, which is a low quality recording of high pitched birds, water and piano, the last thing you want to hear with a headache. There is no way to turn this down/off without the remote. If you lose or forget the remote, you're stuck with the annoying sounds for the entire time it's on. I consider opening it up and snipping the speaker wires if this happens. This also adds the extra step of needing to mute it every time. -Very loud motors, even earplugs don't help much as it vibrates directly against your face bones, the sound still gets through. Understandable they had to use cheap motors at this price point, though. -Massage modes deflate immediately upon reaching a nice pressure, it would be a massive improvement if they stayed inflated for a few seconds after fully inflating rather than deflating once they reach a pressure that feels nice. The best feeling comes at full inflation, and it lasts only a fraction of a second as it's made to deflate immediately when the inflation reaches its peak -Unnecessary welcome/goodbye messages with strange grammar. I would prefer to a simple soft chime upon turning on or off, instead it says something like "pure eye health, from this moment on...." when turned on and "eye protection over, thank you for your youth (sounds like "use" with a lisp) when turning off. Would be slightly embarrassing to have this talking in public. -Remote has molded space for AAA batteries but instead uses a 23A 12V battery that's impossible to find in US stores, have to order it online. I've only seen this battery used in old cameras. -speaker is very low quality, but it's a minor feature anyway. The motor noise is so loud it's not really worth using as you'll be trying to hear music over the motors. Get some cheap in-ear headphones so you can hear music clearly. I just pair it to my phone so the automatic "nature sounds" don't play. Read more

I bought this because my eye would not stop twitching! It was so annoying and it went on for weeks. The doctor said things like stress and anxiety tend to cause it and sometimes massaging the eye muscles will help with the twitching. I found this model and purchased it. The heating feature feels great and really soothes my eyes and the massaging feature itself is nice and gentle. I think one of the nicest parts is the relaxing music and animal noises it plays, and if you don’t like that it has Bluetooth so you can listen to your own relaxing tunes. Read more

I wasn't expecting much as this was the very first device I have purchased/tried for my migraines. This device is awesome. I have been using the 'hard' setting - It gives just the right amount of pressure and heat exactly where I need it. It is very soothing and helps ease migraine pain. Yes, there is some noise as the machine is in use, but the music helps that. And the default music is very pleasant! The default heat temperature is spot on. Not sure why I did not try this sooner. Two year follow up: for spending $60 and using this maybe just a couple times a month… it now won’t even last through an entire massaging cycle regardless of which setting level, it dies/shuts down before it should. I am so disappointed. I understand that lithium rechargeable batteries hold less charge as time passes but only having it 2 years and using it infrequently, it has now become useless and I am so disappointed. When it worked, the heat, pressure, massage feeling was great but it is now ready for the recycling and I am so disheartened. Bluetooth is okay but not great, never really used it because of the speaker quality being low. I would not recommend this anymore and now I don’t want to spend another $50-70 to replace it. Not worth the cost for its relatively short lifespan with infrequent use. Bummer. Read more
