I used t for years order another vanity fair tummy control panty but the quality and size changed and I had to search elsewhere for a quality item that suited my needs. After many purchases and returns, I came upon these. They are nylon and spandex, just what I wanted and looked smooth and shiny on the outside, which I like for smoothly sliding my pants and skirts on and off. I didn’t notice a tummy control panel but ad said these were light control. I noticed as well that they were Vanity Fair as were my old favorite that changed for the worst. I decided. Since they are returnable and I was running out of options to order in my same size. To my surprise these turned out to be just right. Pack of three wash and dry beautifully and just the right amount of compression. I love these underwear. They are cool and lightweight. I will definitely order more I am 5’ 5”. 174 and ordered xl. I’ve worn this model for over ten years and find it comfortable and attractive for those who wear “granny panties.” The material is silky, stretchy and not at all flimsy or see-through even for lighter colors. It has a smoothing, firming effect although not at all tight or girdle like. They wash well and hold up nicely although once in awhile a pair will have a loose thread necessitating a repair by hand or machine. The waist isn’t tight and stays in place when bending and moving. I couldn’t find them for a couple of years and I’m glad vanity fair brought them back. Read more
