Update: I covered the top with a 48”x14.5” silicone mat and added a 4’ oak board (it’s a 4’ step I bought at the local lumber store- beautiful, sanded and ready to go- what a bargain!) attached with 3m sticky tape as a lower shelf along the bottom support bar and am loving my new coffee bar! I’m delighted with the quality of this Vasagle bar table! It was simple to put together with all pre-drilled holes a perfect fit, very clear instructions with pictures and directions, and all the pieces and parts needed to put it together- including extras and straps to hold it safely against a wall to avoid tipping. Not that it’s very likely to tip- it’s strong and sturdy, but I appreciate the extra attention to safety. The top is not a natural wood board plank, but it’s good quality and I understood that when I was selecting a tall, narrow table. The dimensions are perfect for me and it’s a quality piece at a great price! I’m using it as a coffee bar along a short wall in my kitchen/dining room. This table was very simple to assemble and looks great in my basement. I wanted something that I could tuck into a wall alongside the main living area in my basement to use as a bar/refreshment setup. It's a good height for serving yourself a drink and has plenty of room for snacks, napkins, etc. You could also have two people comfortably seated at it too, there's plenty of leg room. This table is the perfect height for counter stools. I’m using it as an additional workspace, a place to eat, and additional seating for the holidays. Great little table for my kitchen. My apartment has beyond minimal counter space but a huge space of blank wall and I needed something that I could have about hip high that I could use for prepping meals, since I am almost 6' this was proving a bit difficult to find something affordable and tall enough for me to use. Enter this little thing and it is solid. It was easy to put together, the only reason I gave it four stars is because two of the screw holes didn't line up under the top (which is fine, I didnt feel I needed to use them). We bought 3 of these. There are good quality powder coated black steel frames and a wood-like top (maybe Formica, but it looks really good). They are easy to assemble and very sturdy and stable. We lined 3 them end to end against a wall in the family room as a kind of mini-bar. They are just the right height to fit over our 2 wine refs (as long as the bar across the bottom is removed) and the right height for under counter bar stools to fit when they aren't being used. It comes with these screw in feet which allow you to make each leg a slightly different length which was so helpful for getting the table level with my uneven floors. I could put it together on my own very quickly due to the easy instructions. I did struggle a little with a couple of screws getting the hole and screw aligned but eventually I managed.
