My 4 year old specifically requested a lunch box with a kitty on it for back-to-school and I couldn’t find one at any of my local stores. Thankfully I found this one on Amazon and she loves it! I do too because the sweat from the ice packs don’t make it “wet” or leave water stains / spots on the outside like her old one did. I bought this for my 2 year old who started school 3 months ago. It’s held up well and fits a good amount of food. There’s also the front zipper pouch for utensils or even smaller snacks. It fits well in the backpack too. I haven’t used the strap it comes with so I’m not sure how good it is. This lunch bag caught my eye first because of the adorable prints and size! But when I read it was made out of neoprene and could be worn like a crossbody bag with the matching strap, I had to get it for my little girl! It fits her 12oz thermos water bottle, a cubed bento box, and still has space for another item. The zipper compartment can hold an ice pack if needed or little snacks as well! This lunch bag is great. It’s soft and the material makes it easy to fit in a book bag. Love the colors and the zipper ensures that nothing falls out. I have not used it yet for my daughter but the size is very generous. Should easily fit her cup and lunch. I like the option of the shoulder strap. Has slight smell to it.
