i purchased the 59 x 37.5 x 9 for my big boy, perfect size for him and he’s able to stretch out a bit! i would be lying if i said it wasn’t hard to put together.. i would suggest to only put one leg completely on, but not tighten the screws. then get each of the other metal corners on and then assemble the legs & tighten each of the screws. it’s great quality, i think it will last a good while and so far easy to clean. very light also when you need to move it. it’s very sturdy overall, the fabric has a bit of give to it so it’s not uncomfortable for the pups, which is good to me! also, the legs are made with a rubberish texture to where it doesn’t move around! for me, it’s worth the money and i plan to get another for inside! if your dog is a digger the bed will tear then its done my first one lasted 9 months then for some reason he needed to destroy it. i just bought a 2nd one. easy to assemble. i did buy a new cover for my original but the screws a too tight when removing and the heads stripped so unable to replace the cover. im waiting on an answer from Veehoo on replacement screws. my biggest complaint there is no phone number anywhere to contact them. It has to be through email and I’m waiting to hear back. I love the bed until he decided that it needed to die and it was just the cover. He didn’t destroy the frame if I could get the screws loose, I could have replaced the cover. I bought one. update the 2nd one was destroyed in a week. waiting on veehoo to see just what the real warranty is! SMH. not happy if im told too bad! Read more
It’s so hard to buy anything online for a Dane. Even when you can see the specs, it’s hard to imagine how it will work for such a huge dog. I have to say, this thing is awesome. It’s plenty large enough (see pic). Moose really loves it, and I love that it takes pressure off his joints. I also love how well constructed and thought out it is. There is a metal frame all the way around it, which is a nice touch, that not only helps with strength and stability, but also prevents the canvas from being chewed on. It has rubber at the bottom of the legs to keep it from sliding, which is awesome for tile or hardwood floors. We cannot keep a rug or carpet in Moose’s kennel because he will tear it up. Hence why we need the bed so he has something after to lay on than the hard floor. I can’t say enough good things about this. It’s a great size and great construction. If you need a bed for your Dane or another large breed, get this! I will update the review with use of how well it holds up to my 160 lb dog. Read more
Durability is extremely questionable with this bed. I have a 150lb Mastif that has completely torn through the mesh. He loved the bed to start and as most dogs do, scratch to get it comfortable. Didn’t expect this to only last a little over a month. Purchased 10.8 Read more
I purchased this for my adopted dog because I couldn’t get him crate trained. I contacted the shelter and asked what type of crate they used and only then did they tell me that he refuses any type of cage so they bought him a bed such as this. This one is so much less expensive than the name brand competitor, but it is perfect. It was pretty easy to assemble, but I did have a friend to come over to help me put it together. Read more
I just received this yesterday. I have a very active chewer (Walker Coonhound) and figured this bed would be chewed up in within a couple hours. Instead he absolutely loves it and I do too.
