The media could not be loaded. I'm giving this product a one star because technically it did work for one of the items I needed it for. It does technically charge my iPhone 13 but it definitely takes over an hour for it to get to 100% on this portable charger. I don't think that's very fast at all. Also, when I try to charge my Bluetooth headsets, plural, which means I tried more than one, it does not consistently charge. Meaning I press the button to turn it on and it will say 100% and then I'll walk away and come back five minutes later and the 100% is not displaying anymore. The portable charger has completely turned itself off. So now I have to press the button again to turn it back on and then I walk away again because I'm busy, and when I come back, it's off again.??? so it's not charging my Bluetooth and I refuse to believe that every single Bluetooth that I have is defective seeing as though they charge just fine anywhere else in my house. I'm not sure how this portable charger stays on the entire time to charge my iPhone, but will not stay on the entire time to charge my other devices. I bought this item because it can charge multiple different devices. But I'm not spendin $30+ on a portable charger that can only charge one device. Unless it can fully charge my one device in under 20min!!!! But this charger does not do that which is why I'm putting in for a return. I'm going to talk to the actual manufacturer to see if I've done something wrong but if I'm doing everything right, I'm going to just return this item, as it's clearly defective.
