These resistance bands have become my go-to travel gym solution. The graduated resistance levels are accurately marked, and they maintain their elasticity well even after months of regular use. They're particularly effective for pull-up assistance and basic strength training when you don't have access to weights. The latex quality is solid - no concerning signs of cracking or dry rot that you sometimes see with cheaper bands. They're long enough to anchor securely for exercises like assisted pull-ups or chest presses against a door, yet compact enough to easily fit in a carry-on bag. The material has a good grip texture that prevents slipping during use. That said, the lighter bands can sometimes twist during certain movements, especially for exercises like banded rows. And while the durability is generally good, you'll want to check them regularly for wear, especially at the common folding points. I store them unfolded and away from direct sunlight to extend their life. One practical tip: keep the bands away from rings or jewelry during use - they can catch and tear. Also, while they're great for travel workouts, they do pick up dust and dirt easily, so wiping them down after use helps maintain their condition. Read more
Great bands, I use them to do assisted dips and pullups. I do check them periodically because of what everyone says about bands in general snapping. So far so good. I did wish they had the resistance amount on the bands themselves but I just used a sharpie and wrote them on there myself. Easy to use and i like the colors. Read more

They call them pull-up assist bands, but this set of bands is incredibly versatile for strength training and rehabilitation. You can use them for all sorts of stretching, strengthening and flexibilty exercises. the one negative I have found is that they are kind of uncomfortable in your hands, the rubber is not very soft and the edges are somewhat sharp. I also have some Amazon Basics versions and the are much more comfortable to use, but I got these because there was an intermediate size that I did not have in the other set. Besides being very functional they take up no space, so you can bring your workout with you when you travel, a huge plus, you can use them anywhere. Read more
I’ve had multiple sets of bands from Jumpstretch and WSBB, and I can confirm that these VEICK bands from Amazon have lived up to the same high standards as the much much more expensive brands. I can highly recommend these for the quality and value. Read more
