Heck yeah! High quality, durable and beautiful. Easy to install with zero bubbles and only a few swipes of the squeegee. Completely obscures the window so strangers can’t see into our house and still lets light in. This looks exactly the same as our expensive Reeded glass front door! Read more

I installed this privacy film on the lower half of my office windows, and it works perfectly. It gives the space a clean, modern look while still allowing plenty of natural light to come through. From the outside, you can’t see in at all, which adds a nice level of privacy without making the room feel dark or closed off. Installation was straightforward — the film went on smoothly with a little patience and a squeegee. It adheres well and doesn’t have any bubbles or peeling edges. Highly recommend this product if you want a professional look that provides privacy and still keeps things bright! Read more

I used this on the doors of my TV hutch and it turned out great! It looks as if it’s part of the furniture and fogs the glass just as I wanted to hide the clutter inside. I’ve had it up for the past 6 months with no peeling whatsoever. While it is a little hard to cut into pieces and hang, the overall installation is quick and simple, yielding the desired results. I’ve been looking for a glass privacy film that could give us the privacy we need without blocking the natural light, and this one is absolutely perfect. It hides everything I don’t want to see while still letting in plenty of brightness — enough that my indoor plants are thriving! Even better, the installation was incredibly easy. This was my first time applying a film like this, and the whole process went so smoothly. No bubbles, no stress, just a clean and beautiful finish. I’m genuinely so satisfied with the result. If you want to keep your home bright while adding privacy, this film is such a great choice. Highly recommend! Read more

The instructions were very straightforward, the size was perfect. It fit very well and it was adjustable so if you don’t place it right on the spot you’re able to adjust it. It’s light, not heavy at all. I did notice that if you peek from the opposite side, you could maybe see just a tiny bit inside but it’ll still be blurry. Read more

The media could not be loaded. Make sure you don't need the whole roll. The Film is foggy, not very see through, good if you need privacy. Does not come with any tools. The film had no bubbles/wrinkles but is melted/defective or something near the last 12 inches of the roll. Deformation could not be fixed/smoothed. I think it was part of manufacturing error because you could feel that the texture was different, but it wasn't bumpy like a wrinkle that could be smoothed out, the defect was in the film itself. Excuse my camera quality, you'll have to zoom in the left side of the picture to see what I mean. Read more

I do not like working with privacy film or anything that requires precision, because I tend to have OCD about these things. However, I appreciated the fact that there are grid lines to help with measuring and cutting. I used a spray bottle with just plain water and ordered a cheap installation kit also from Amazon, which included two scrapers with felt edges and Exacto style knife with blades. After cutting the pieces with scissors, I proceeded to peel the cellophane off the back of the privacy film. This was harder than it looked and took a few minutes for each piece - it just clung so tightly to the film. Once peeled, I sprayed the back of the film and the window (as it says in the instructions, the wetter the better - take that as you will). The film adhered to the window nicely and I was able to squeegee the excess water out with the scraper. Cutting, though, was a different matter. For whatever reason, my Exacto knife could not cut cleanly through the excess film and would skip, tear, and result in a very jagged cut. I found that it was easier to perforate a line with the tip of the Exacto knife, then use scissors to cut all the way across, rather than trying to use the Exacto knife alone. Hopefully this makes more sense when attempting this. Thankfully, I ordered 10% more than what was needed just in case I made any mistakes, so I was able to replace the piece with the torn edges. I also found that part of the frame on the door could be lifted, so I wedged as much excess as I could under it, instead of attempting to cut it off. This resulted in a nicer, smoother look. Doing this saved me a lot of time. I would probably guess that after figuring out a system, each panel took me about 15-20 minutes to do, including peeling off the cellophane. I kid you not, each piece of cellophane took me at least 5 minutes to find a corner to peel off. Once done, I loved the look. Before, anyone could look straight into the house, but after the film was installed, I finally had some privacy. I had debated between putting a curtain panel up, but decided on this because the entryway is so dark. I’m glad I chose this route, because I love how clean it looks while still allowing light in. Update: I ended up having to do the other side as well, because when I looked in from the outside with the lights on, there wasn’t as much privacy as I thought. Read more
