Moreover, the sling is free of neoprene and latex, ensuring there is no odor or skin irritation. With exquisite workmanship and a low-profile look, this sling is both sturdy and durable. Available in various sizes, it is suitable for men, women, teenagers, middle-aged, and elderly people.

This sling is ideal for sleeping but can also be used at home, while traveling, and at work.
  • 【BREATHABLE VERSION FEATURES】The Breathable Version offers the same structure, weight, and support as the Comfort Version, delivering equal performance and functionality. The key difference is in the arm pouch: it's made from a soft, skin-friendly sandwich mesh fabric with ventilation holes instead of foam padding. This makes it an ideal choice for hot and humid conditions, especially during the summer months.
  • 【COMFORTABLE TO WEAR】Experience comfort and ease with this Shoulder Immobilizer Sling. It provides perfect fixation and protection for injury nursing, including shoulder muscle and tendon pain, shoulder joint instability, dislocation, sprain, contusion, rotator cuff surgery, acromioclavicular joint injury, and more. • 【NOTE】The default setup fits the right arm. To wear it on the left arm, please follow the instructions to adjust the strap orientation before use.

Excellent sling

CustomerMay 30, 2025✓ Verified purchase

Well I am no expert on slings, but I suffered a broken shoulder two weeks ago and I have learned a few things since. I was discharged from the ER with a sling. The nurse candidly noted that it was not a very good one and I could buy a better one. So when I got home I started my Amazon research. I read reviews and this one stood out, primarily because it did not dig into the neck. The one I got from the ER was instantly annoying my neck. I was hesitant to buy it because some reviews noted that it was complicated to put on and that you would need assistance, and I am 74 years old. But other reviews included some very helpful videos so I thought I could manage it myself. I was not going to get help from home with this due to my husband’s own health issues. So, first, I got it the very next day. Fantastic! Within about 24 hours of getting home from the ER with the crappy sling I had my new sling. Thanks to the helpful videos, I was able to put it on myself without any big problem. It was instantly more comfortable than the ER sling. It is padded and soothing. The cradle portion for the elbow extends far up the arm and has a warming and swaddling effect. The one from the ER (and a mesh I bought for showering but did not like ) felt like they cut into the back of my upper arm (as well as my neck) This sling has an extra strap that hangs down your back when you put the primary (nicely padded) strap over your shoulder. If you make sure not to get it tangled, you reach back with your good arm and grab it and wrap it around your waist/rib area in front and attach it to the sling with the Velcro tip. It holds your arm against your body which aids with immobilization and also has a swaddling effect. I loosen it for sleep. It has been two weeks now and I’m so glad I got this. My last x ray showed no movement of the fracture so it’s doing its primary job of immobilizing the bone so it can heal. There is a small strap that goes over your arm near the elbow that keeps it cradled and an adjustable wrist strap that raises or lowers your hand to a position where you are comfortable. Pulling down in the back strap before you fasten it also affects how high your wrist sits against your body The Velcro closures on the straps can be a bit of a nuisance and attach to stuff where you don’t want them to attach but it’s pretty easy to get the hang of sticking them to a part of the sling so that they are out if your way til you are ready to fasten them where you want them. All in all I’m so pleased with this sling. I’m enduring my first broken bone and I think this sling has made a difficult situation a bit more livable. Update from newest X Ray on June 3. No movement of the fracture. So the sling is definitely doing its job. Update as of six weeks from injury: My latest X ray showed no movement of the fracture so this sling did its job and I was advised to stop wearing it (and move on to more intensive PT). In retrospect, getting a sling that kept my minimally displaced fractured shoulder stable probably made this about the most important to-wear item I have ever bought. Thanks to Amazon for making this sling available and for providing space for all of the reviews for this and other similar products to help with what turned out to be an important decision that had to be made under the less than ideal shopping conditions of pain, trauma and no opportunities for try on rooms and easy comparisons Read more

Huge Upgrade From the Cheap Hospital Sling

Ahmad A.February 6, 2026✓ Verified purchase

I recently had extensive surgery on my right wrist and have to wear a splint for a long time. The slings the hospital provided were cheap and didn’t offer much support. This sling is extremely supportive and comfortable, and it has already made a noticeable difference in reducing my wrist pain. I can’t fully speak to long-term durability yet since I’ve only worn it for a few hours, but everything feels very well made. The Velcro, in particular, is strong and secure, which gives me confidence it will hold up well. Read more

More comfortable than most!

PonyGirlJanuary 23, 2026✓ Verified purchase

I took one star off because the shoulder strap is not adjustable it was too long to support my arm but it was easy enough to sew it shorter the picture shows how much I had to take it up it was a lot! But the sling works well it’s comfortable and easy too put on and off. I don’t know why so many people think it’s confusing I didn’t even need the directions it’s pretty obvious. It’s well made and should hold up over time Read more

Well made. And much better than most arm slings. Very adjustable and works on both sides. A bit complex to set up, but effectively immobilizes an arm, hurt shoulder, tennis elbow to prevent further injury, snug, comfortable, breathable. Read more

Shoulder strap leaves little room for adjustment

MargaretFebruary 2, 2026✓ Verified purchase

Purchased this sling because I liked design - still do. I have to send it back. The shoulder strap does not have enough room for adjustment and it is too long. The measurements you take don’t include one for comfortable placement of hand. At the tightest setting and actually beyond with safety pins, my elbow couldn’t rest in sling. Bummed because seems comfortable otherwise. Read more

It's mostly pretty good

D. CrampDecember 22, 2025✓ Verified purchase

Once you have it all connected it's a very effective sling. It feels quite comfortable and secure. However, if you have just hurt yourself I would not recommend the sling as it can be quite frustrating to set up. You need to come up with a scheme every time you take the Velcro off to attach it to itself otherwise it will attach to 1000 things around you. It's a little dance every time you have to put it on and it would really help to have a bit more color coding as all the black Velcro tends to quickly clump into itself if you aren't paying attention. Once you get used to it, it is relatively easy to get on and off but the Velcro can be so irritating it really makes you wanna look for a weapon to do harm to the thing that should be providing you with so much comfort lol Read more
