The media could not be loaded. I returned the item and the only good thing that I can say is that is was a nice size. The juicer left sooooo much fruit in the juicer and it didn't matter what kind of fruit it was. Also, you still have to cut the fruit down a lot. The thing that is supposed to grab the fruit evidently is too big because it would spin and spin and spin leaving the fruit in the container a big sloppy wet mess!!! EVERYTHING (meaning any kind of fruit) will definitely clog it and you'll have to stop mid juicing to clean it completely...and then you'll have to soak the part a long while to soften the stuff food. Nobody has time for that.. I wouldn't recommend it. Read more

Cleanup isn’t a breeze
I was disappointed. I bought it for an easier clean up and more juice extraction. I got the juice extraction but the clean up sucks . The screen was really hard to clean. I have another brand that is 10 years old . It is a lot easier to clean. Read more
